Pick from our templates or carve your own design into rubber carving block, usable for fine-art printing or stamping. Then print your design with water-based inks. Materials, tools, and cleanup supplies will be provided. Includes a short lesson on editioning prints. Each student takes home their carved block and a run of 15 prints.
Instructor Bio: Ayla Elliott is an artist and graphic designer based in Chesapeake, VA. She graduated from Old Dominion University and Tidewater Community College, and has taught classes in Interactive Design at TCC. She is a prolific doodler, enjoys exploring different media and materials, and hopes to encourage creativity in others. You can find her on Instagram as @h3xabun.
